Nuntiq builds accounts payable software for companies that process real invoice volume. Our platform handles the full journey of an incoming invoice, from receipt across any channel to structured, validated, ERP-ready data, with minimal manual intervention.
We are deliberately narrow. Invoice receiving is not a feature we added to something larger, it is the whole product. That focus is why the difficult parts get attention: the supplier who changes their layout without warning, the file that arrives in a format nobody planned for, the date that means two different things depending on where it was written.
Not a document management system
Storing files is the easy part. Turning them into invoice data your systems can act on is the work.
Not a full procure-to-pay suite
We do not replace your ERP or your approval workflow. We make sure they receive clean data.
Not a template builder
No per-supplier layouts to draw and maintain. Capture is guided by written instructions instead.
Who We Serve

Live as fast as your integrations
Configuration is ready out of the box. What stands between you and go-live is connecting your ERP and inbound channels, so that is where the implementation effort goes. Tuning for more automation happens after you are live, on real invoices.
Complexity where it is needed
Multi-entity, multi-currency, line-level matching and per-supplier handling are all supported. They are just not prerequisites for getting started.
Every feature earns its place
A smaller team feels each piece of added complexity. New capability has to justify itself against the simpler alternative before it ships.

Built by Someone Who Lived the Problem
Ewout Vocking has spent more than a decade working at the intersection of finance automation and enterprise software. Through years of implementing and architecting complex procure-to-pay solutions, he developed a firsthand understanding of where AP workflows break down and where technology genuinely makes a difference.
That experience is the foundation of Nuntiq. He set out to solve a problem he had watched repeat itself: the friction, errors, and manual overhead companies face when receiving and processing supplier invoices at scale. Nuntiq is the result, an accounts payable receiving and invoice processing platform built on modern cloud infrastructure, with a multi-model extraction pipeline at its core.
Originally from the Netherlands and now based in Chicago, Ewout brings a pragmatic, engineering-first mindset to every product decision, prioritizing consistency, efficiency, and outcomes that hold up in real customer environments.
