Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the Nuntiq websites, the Nuntiq supplier portal or the Nuntiq partner API without a signed agreement with Nuntiq, Inc. ("Nuntiq", "we"). If your organization has signed an agreement with Nuntiq, that agreement applies instead and wins over these terms. By using these services you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy (https://www.nuntiq.com/acceptable-use). If you use them for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.
1. Our websites
You may browse and use our websites for information about Nuntiq. The content belongs to Nuntiq or its licensors; you may not copy or reuse it beyond normal personal or business reference without our permission.
2. The supplier portal
Our customers invite their suppliers to the supplier portal to submit invoices and follow their status and payments. Your access is given by, and on behalf of, that customer:
- you sign in with your email address and a one-time code; keep your mailbox secure, because whoever controls it can sign in;
- what you submit (invoices, documents, contact and bank details) goes to the customer and is processed by Nuntiq on the customer's behalf; the customer's terms and privacy notice apply to it;
- the customer decides what you can see and do, and can end your access at any time;
- submit only documents and details that are accurate and that you are entitled to share.
3. The partner API
The partner API lets suppliers and their service providers exchange invoice and payment data with our customers programmatically.
- API keys are personal to your organization. Keep them secret, rotate them when asked, and tell us at security@nuntiq.com at once if one may have been exposed.
- Use the API within its documented limits; requests above them are refused.
- We may change the API. We give reasonable notice of changes that break existing integrations, except where a change is needed for security or by law.
- The documentation at https://nuntiq.dev is part of these terms.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account and for everything done with your credentials or API keys. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use the services in breach of the law or of anyone's rights.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (https://www.nuntiq.com/privacy) explains how we handle personal information. Data you submit for one of our customers is processed on that customer's behalf.
6. Intellectual property
The services, the software and their content belong to Nuntiq. You keep any rights you have in what you submit and give us the rights we need to process it for the customer and to run the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
7. Availability
We work to keep the services available and secure, but we provide them to you without a service level commitment, and we may change, suspend or end them. Service levels are part of our agreements with customers only.
8. Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if the customer that invited you ends your access or its agreement with us, or where needed to protect the services or others.
9. Disclaimer
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Nuntiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and Nuntiq's total liability under these terms is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the courts (state, federal or otherwise) located in New Castle County, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top; if a change is significant we tell users in the services before it takes effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the change.
