Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nuntiq, Inc. ("Nuntiq", "we") handles personal information when you visit our websites, contact us, do business with us, or use the Nuntiq platform. It does not cover the invoices and documents our customers process with Nuntiq: for those, see "Data we process for our customers" below.
1. Who we are
Nuntiq, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware 19808, United States. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@nuntiq.com.
2. Data we process for our customers
Our customers use Nuntiq to receive, capture, validate and route their supplier invoices and related documents. Those documents, the supplier and payment data in them, and the accounts of the customer's own users are processed by Nuntiq on the customer's behalf, under a data processing agreement. The customer decides what is processed and why, and its own privacy notice applies. If you are a supplier of one of our customers, or a user of a customer's portal, and have a question about that data, contact the customer first; we will help them answer.
We use that data only to provide the service to the customer. We do not use it to train AI models, and the AI providers we use may not train on it either.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and our services are not directed at them.
4. Cookies
Our websites set no cookies until you choose. If you accept, Google Analytics sets the _ga cookies to count visits. If you decline, nothing is loaded. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage for a year. You can change it at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies. Our preview and test sites load no statistics.
5. Who receives personal information
We share personal information only with service providers that process it for us under written agreements, and only as far as they need it:

For the data we process for our customers, the sub-processors are listed in our Data Processing Agreement and on https://www.nuntiq.com/security.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Google Analytics processes visitor statistics for us as our processor, under Google's data processing terms; we do not let Google use that data for its own purposes.
6. How long we keep it

7. Where we process it
Nuntiq is a US company and processes personal information in the United States. When we receive personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum and Swiss amendments) with our customers and our service providers.
8. How we protect it
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, limit access to the people who need it, use multi-factor authentication for our staff, and log and monitor access. More detail: https://www.nuntiq.com/security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- object to or restrict our use of it, including for direct marketing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting earlier processing;
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, write to privacy@nuntiq.com. We will confirm your identity and answer within one month (EU/UK) or 45 days (California). You may use an authorized agent. If you are in the EU or the UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
10. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the last update at the top. If a change is significant, we say so on our website before it takes effect.
